Nick Stahl is founder of Blue Stone Retirement, a retirement income planning firm. Nick has over ten years of experience in financial services.
Nick works with the American Financial Education Alliance, a non-profit organization that teaches financial education classes throughout Central Oregon. Respecting the need for his continuing education, he is currently working on his Master of Science in Financial Services.
Nick’s primary focus is to help you pursue a retirement that reflects your unique goals and dreams. By utilizing strategies to maximize Social Security benefits, asset protection strategies, and potentially reduce taxes, Nick builds complete retirement income plans to help his clients enjoy their best retirement.
Nick values integrity and excellence in business, honesty, and sincerity in people. Nick lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife Rilley and dog River.
Fun Facts about Nick: He has skydived 16 times, he once met President George Bush Sr. in a helicopter and has hitch-hiked across the country of Belize.

Nolan has a diverse background working in the business sector for over ten years. A three-sport athlete for most of his life, he was given many opportunities to lead a team from a young age. After a few years in college, he entered the workforce and quickly discovered he had a knack for managing and streamlining businesses in various leadership roles. Graduating in November of 2021 with a Business Management degree from Simpson University, his emphasis is in Organizational Leadership. He now steps back into the financial services industry, this time into a well-established company with long-time friend Nick Stahl. He has a passion for helping businesses and individuals become debt-free and prepared for their future.
Fun Facts about Nolan: His middle name is Rowdy, named after his father, and at birth, he weighed in at a hefty 13 lbs 2 oz. During one of the most exciting periods in his life, he lived overseas in Israel for a short period. In May of 2019 he married Hilary, and Nick gave the opening speech as a groomsman.
With a combined 15 years of management and leadership experience in customer service as well as in the non-profit and corporate sectors, Hilary strives to connect with people and to create impactful client experiences. Hilary grew up in California and graduated from Vanguard University of Southern California with a BA in English as well as a BA in History & Political Science. After graduation she entered the workforce in the public sector and eventually transitioned to the private sector before being recruited to a management position by the CEO of multi million dollar corporation in Redding, CA. It was in Redding that Hilary met her husband, Nolan.
Hilary is currently pursuing her master’s in organizational leadership while she works with the BlueStone team to provide client and staff support. Upon completion of her masters, she will pursue her law degree.
Fun facts about Hilary: She has climbed Half Dome twice; she once slept inside her suitcase on a church floor in Ireland while traveling solo abroad; she once opened for Chris Isaak on the Northern California leg of his tour.

Alexa is a seasoned professional with over ten years of customer service expertise. She spent her career building relationships with those around her, and making connections with that provide a respect and appreciation for those she is helping. It has always been of great importance for Alexa to use her skills to create a strong foundation with clients while helping those around her.
As the client relations manager for Bluestone, Alexa is focused and passionate about creating lasting relationships built on trust and integrity. From handling service requests to coordinating client appreciation events, Alexa is here to help.
Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, she has a strong love for the outdoors and adventure. Alexa lives in Redmond with her Husband, Children, and animals.
Fun Facts about Alexa: She once sat next to the actor Laurence Fishburne on a plane, she left the US for the first time in February 2020, and has been to every national park in the western states.
Lamont “cut his teeth” in finance working for a fortune 500 company advising clients on small business retirement strategies as well as employee health benefit options. He attended Oregon State University where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies.
As a kid, Lamont grew up in a military family which traveled extensively. This provided Lamont the opportunity to see different parts of the world and experience a wide range of cultures.
Whether attending school in Okinawa, Japan or walking the streets of Rome, Lamont learned at a young age the power and importance of relationships.
Fun Facts about Lamont: Lamont has completed three marathons, is an avid bow hunter, and has seen his favorite soccer team, Everton, play at Goodison Park in Northern England.
With nearly 15 years of experience working for large corporate companies, Tiffany brings a wide range of expertise in client services and relations.
Growing up in Oregon, Tiffany attended Oregon State University where she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Over the last few years, she has been using her skills to assist a local non-profit.
Her time there has helped them to grow and expand their outreach in the Central Oregon community.
Fun Facts about Tiffany: Tiffany once stayed with the Bionic Women (aka Lindsay Wagner) and received the grand tour of Hollywood by Lindsay herself.
Tiffany and her husband met when they were 4 years old and now have 3 children, and she has summited South Sisters at sunrise with her husband.
